Blue Rose Bakery is a new cottage-style bakery located in the Greater Milwaukee Area, est. 2024.

I'm the baker and owner of Blue Rose Bakery. My government name is Allison Rose, but the first thing most people notice about me is my blue eyes, so Blue has become somewhat of an identifier for me as well. 

Both blue eyes and Rose come directly from my great grandmother, Rose. Rose was certainly a strong, independent woman, so I have always appreciated these direct, unique connections to her.

Further connecting back to Rose and many past generations, the family tradition of baking as a form of spreading gratitude, love, and joy has always remained steady. I am honored to carry on this tradition through Blue Rose.

Blue Rose Bakery is the culmination of years of perfecting recipes and techniques both new and old, with a focus on high quality, small batch baked goods. You’ll taste the difference in every bite!
